Vinx Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. Specific services, treatment schedules, and guarantees are outlined in your individual service agreement at the time of purchase.
We stand behind our work. If you experience pest activity between scheduled treatments, we will return to re-treat your property at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied after a re-treatment, we will issue a refund as outlined in your service agreement. Guarantees are subject to the terms of your specific service plan.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled and re-treatment service visits. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without adequate notice.
Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. Recurring plans are billed on the schedule agreed upon. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension of services.
Vinx Pest Control's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by applicable law.
Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this site is the property of Vinx Pest Control and may not be reproduced without permission.
