Monthly pricing is based on your home's square footage and your service area. Larger homes and certain markets carry slightly different rates. The "starting at" prices shown represent the entry point for a typical home in our service area. Sign up online to see your exact price instantly, or call us and we'll quote you over the phone.

Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans and provides a discount compared to monthly billing. You can select your preferred billing frequency when signing up online. If you'd prefer to discuss annual billing options, call us at (855) 800-8469.

All plans cover 50+ common household pests including ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, hornets, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, and most crawling and flying insects. Guard Plus adds fire ant yard treatment and flea/tick yard and perimeter coverage. Platinum adds seasonal mosquito treatments and interior flea/tick coverage. Termites are not included in residential plans — see our termite control service for stand-alone termite protection options.

We come back at no charge. Unlimited re-services between scheduled treatments are included in every plan. If we return more than twice for the same pest issue between scheduled visits and the problem persists, we'll refund the cost of your most recent service. There is no limit on re-service calls.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by calling us or through your online account. Upgrades take effect with your next scheduled service visit. Downgrades can be made at your next renewal.
