Yes. Every plan runs on a 24-month service agreement that starts with a $329 initial service, and you can cancel without penalty before midnight of the third business day after signing. If you end the agreement early, the early termination fee equals the discount you received on the initial service. After the 24 months, service continues in 30-day terms until you give 30 days' written notice.

Monthly pricing is based on your home's square footage and your service area. Larger homes and certain markets carry slightly different rates. The "starting at" prices shown represent the entry point for a typical home in our service area. Sign up online to see your exact price instantly, or call us and we'll quote you over the phone.

After the initial service, your plan is billed monthly to the card or bank account you authorize when you sign up. You don't need to be home for recurring visits, but if a locked gate or missing gate code means we have to come back, a $25 return-visit fee applies. Questions about your account? All plans cover 40+ common household pests including household ants, spiders, American cockroaches, wasps, hornets, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs and beetles. Vinx Plus adds fire ant and exterior flea and tick coverage. Platinum adds monthly mosquito treatments from April to November, interior flea and tick coverage, and free bed bug treatment after 12 consecutive months on the plan. German cockroaches are covered only with an add-on, and termites are not included in residential plans, see our termite control service for stand-alone termite protection options.

Vinx Plus is the right fit for most homes. Ants colonize untreated yards quickly throughout our service area, and flea and tick pressure is elevated year-round due to mild winters and active wildlife. HomeGuard doesn't cover fire ants, fleas or ticks. Vinx Plus adds a Fire Ant Warranty and an Exterior Flea & Tick Warranty, addressing the two outdoor pest problems we get the most re-service calls about.

We come back at no charge. Unlimited re-services between scheduled treatments are included in every plan. There is no limit on re-service calls.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by calling us or through your online account. Upgrades take effect with your next scheduled service visit. If you move from Platinum to another plan between November 1 and March 31, a $100 downgrade fee applies.

We offer multi-property discounts for customers with more than one residential account and for property management companies with multiple units. Call us to discuss your situation, we'll put together a program and pricing that makes sense for the number of properties involved.
