I enjoyed working with homeowners and helping families protect their homes, but I quickly became frustrated with one thing: too many companies made big promises they couldn't keep. Eventually, my wife and I decided that if we were going to build a business, we wanted to build one differently. When we founded Vinx Pest Control, our mission wasn't simply to eliminate pests, it was to create a company known for exceptional customer service.
That philosophy still drives everything we do today. We invest heavily in training our team, hiring great people, using industry-leading products, and building systems that let us consistently deliver the kind of service we'd want our own families to receive.
