Power Dust Injection
With a handheld compressor and specialized tip we inject dust deep into the exterior cracks and crevices, pipe gaps, weep holes, expansion joints, every route insects take. The German cockroach, which Clemson ties to sinks and drains in kitchens and baths, is covered by the German Roach Warranty add-on rather than this exterior dusting. The dust penetrates deep, flushes out whatever is there, and because weather cannot reach it, it stays active far longer than a surface spray. Nothing accumulates quietly inside the walls.
Interior Treatment (If Needed)
The honest position is that interior treatment is rarely needed, and that is by design. Far more happens outside with us than with most companies, so the problem stops before it gets in. The inside is included in your plan regardless, at no extra charge. Ballentine’s lake proximity creates genuinely higher mosquito and moisture-driven pest pressure. Friarsgate’s mature landscaping and aging structural wood favor ant and termite activity. The Dutch Fork Road corridor borders dense vegetation that favors ticks and wood-seeking pests. Commercial properties along Harbison see different structural exposure than the surrounding residential streets. Two dates explain why pressure varies so sharply from street to street here. Irmo was incorporated on Christmas Eve 1890 as a half-mile circle drawn in every direction around a new railroad depot — a refueling stop for steam locomotives on the Columbia, Newberry and Laurens line, known locally as the Crooked, Noisy and Late. Then very little changed for eighty years, until the interstate network arrived and the population went from 517 in 1970 to 3,957 in 1980 and 11,280 by 1990. What that leaves is a small nineteenth-century depot core sitting inside a very large ring of 1970s and 1980s subdivisions, and the two do not behave alike.
