Professional-grade gel bait is placed in cracks, behind appliances, under sinks, and inside cabinet voids where cockroaches travel. Roaches feed on the bait and carry it back to the harborage, eliminating the colony from the inside out. Bait is applied in small, targeted amounts for maximum effectiveness.
Residual insecticide is applied around the exterior foundation, garage perimeter, and entry points to prevent roaches from migrating in from outside. Interior baseboards and hiding areas receive treatment to eliminate any roaches already established inside the structure.
A follow-up visit confirms the colony has been eliminated and reapplies bait and residual as needed. If cockroaches return between scheduled services, we re-treat at no charge. Your technician advises on sanitation practices, moisture control, and exclusion steps that prevent re-infestation.
