Charleston Ant Species
Ant (Red Imported)

Argentine Ant
The Argentine ant is arguably more difficult to control than ants, not because of its sting (Argentine ants do not sting) but because of its colony structure. Unlike most ant species with one queen per colony, Argentine ants form supercolonies with multiple queens connected across vast underground networks. A single Argentine ant supercolony can span multiple neighbouring properties, sometimes entire city blocks.
